Founded by Coaches Sean and Fionnuala, who share over 17 years of experience in the fitness industry, Fit Hub was built on one simple belief: everyone deserves to feel strong, confident, and supported on their fitness journey , both in the gym and in the kitchen.
With deep expertise in personal training, strength and conditioning, and nutrition coaching, Sean and Fionnuala have helped hundreds of people transform their bodies and minds, through balanced eating, smart training, and sustainable habits.

Hi! I’m Fionnuala!
I’m a certified personal trainer with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry, specializing in helping women build strength, confidence, and sculpted physiques—both in and out of the gym.
Whether you’re prepping for a fitness photoshoot, or just want to feel your strongest, I provide customised strength training and nutrition programs, along with expert guidance to get you there.
With a background in fitness modeling, and photoshoot prep, I know how to fine-tune your physique, and boost your camera confidence.
