I decided to join FitHub as I had been on one of the 8 week shred classes a couple of years ago, and tried to continue on with the amazing progress I'd made then on my own at home, but I slipped back to old bad habits.
I joined back up for a 6 week shred this time, and I am now on my 8th week back, and joined up as a member, so no more slipping back 😀
Since joining FitHub I have felt more energetic, confident and I am the strongest I've ever felt. I also find being part of the FitHub community really does make me chose wiser with my food and gives, me the get up and go to attend classes 3 times a week, to keep getting stronger and fitter.
The thing I love about FitHub is the sense of community. Everyone is so friendly, and everyone helps eachother.
If you are thinking of joining stop and just join already lol it will be the best decision!!
As a busy working mum, all of my time and energy was focused on others and I had completely lost myself so I joined Fit Hub to try and lose some weight and fit back into my clothes again but I half expected it to be like every other failed attempt at losing weight… but I was wrong!
I have lost 24kg & 19% body fat but the best bit is that I am really enjoying the whole experience and I have so much energy. I have learnt so much about exercise and nutrition and about what motivates me to push through on the hard days.
I love the support and atmosphere at Fit Hub, the classes are good fun and everyone is really friendly and approachable. I’m delighted to be getting fitter and stronger and healthier and setting a good example for my children on how to look after yourself.

I had always been active and enjoyed the gym and running. However, I had lost some motivation and focus with training! I seen a 6 Week Challenge with Fit Hub, after connecting with Fionnuala, I decided to sign up! The progress I made in 6 weeks gave me the motivation and confidence I was lacking, and I decided to become a full time member.
Since joining Fit Hub I have lost weight, reduced my body and visceral fat, while at the same time putting on muscle mass. Also, I feel more confident, as I have completed a sports photo shoot, something I would never have imagined doing before joining FitHub.
Going to the classes is something I really enjoy. They have given me the routine and motivation I needed, but also the classes are fun, and members are all really supportive! The coaches ensure everyone gets the most out of each class, and their knowledge allows progression to come naturally. Their advice has kept me accountable, in terms of exercise and nutrition,so that I am able to maintain/progress to the level I am at.

I knew I wasn't in great shape, and I felt tired constantly and didn't have much energy! It was affecting my confidence, but I was intimated and unsure where to start.

The group training sessions allow me to get one to one guidance, while still enjoying the energy of a group.
My coach, Sean, has been a game changer. He's helped me with form, nutrition, and motivation. It’s about the workouts though. Its about how Sean has helped me grow mentally as well!

I wanted to get myself into better shape, and also feel better about myself. Also, I’m going to turn 40 in January, so thought let’s give myself a good kick before then.
I now get up at 5 am 3 mornings a week! That’s a huge achievement in itself! I am very happy with the progress and also feel fitter, better mood, and general sense of wellbeing.
I like the atmosphere and the people. It is a great environment , and it’s massively helped me build confidence within the gym environment - thanks to the coaches and everyone else who attends.

I was lacking motivation and routine, and this had affected my training and nutrition. I had put on weight. and realised I needed to make a change. My wife and I had seen Fit Hub on social media, and decided to take the 6 week challenge. Having noticed the progress we made, and how much we enjoyed it, we became full members.
After joining FitHub in 2023, I have lost a lot of weight (18kg), increased my muscle mass, and dropped my body fat percentage (15%).
In December 2024 I had a fitness photoshoot, which was something completely out of my comfort zone, and allowed me to see the progress I have made since joining Fit Hub.
I really enjoy the classes. It’s not like a normal gym where some people can be intimidated. It’s gives me a routine, but also theres the social side of it. In the past I had mostly trained on my own, so being around other people makes the classes fun, and everyone supports each other.
The coaches are amazing, and ensure you get the most out of every class. Their knowledge has allowed me to understand my nutrition a lot better, and during the classes their encouragement and instructions ensure I get the most out of every exercise.
I do 1:1 sessions with Sean, where he focuses on my strengths, and where I need to improve, and also carries out weekly body scans. This makes me accountable, and encourages me to stay focused.
If you are sitting on the fence, you should give FitHub a go. You’ll feel better, look better, get a routine, and also gain confidence. On top of all that, the classes are really enjoyable, and you’ll get to meet other people who are there for the same reasons.
I joined fit hub as I needed to make a change And a friend of mine was a member and couldn’t speak highly enough of the gym. I hadn’t trained in a long long time and felt I couldn’t do it anymore.
