I had always been active and enjoyed the gym and running. However, I had lost some motivation and focus with training! I seen a 6 Week Challenge with Fit Hub, after connecting with Fionnuala, I decided to sign up! The progress I made in 6 weeks gave me the motivation and confidence I was lacking, and I decided to become a full time member.
Since joining Fit Hub I have lost weight, reduced my body and visceral fat, while at the same time putting on muscle mass. Also, I feel more confident, as I have completed a sports photo shoot, something I would never have imagined doing before joining FitHub.
Going to the classes is something I really enjoy. They have given me the routine and motivation I needed, but also the classes are fun, and members are all really supportive! The coaches ensure everyone gets the most out of each class, and their knowledge allows progression to come naturally. Their advice has kept me accountable, in terms of exercise and nutrition,so that I am able to maintain/progress to the level I am at.
